1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ZapKredit, users agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Disclaimer. Users should stop using the platform if they do not agree with these terms.

2. Platform purpose

ZapKredit provides a digital platform for account login, user verification, KYC review, payment request management, payment link access, and transaction tracking. Availability of features may depend on verification, admin approval, third-party services, operational checks, and applicable rules.

3. User eligibility and accurate information

Users must provide accurate, valid, complete, and self-owned information. Users must not submit false information, forged documents, third-party identity details, unauthorized payment information, or misleading payment request details. ZapKredit may reject, pause, restrict, or review accounts if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, suspicious, or inconsistent.

4. OTP login and account security

Access to ZapKredit may require OTP-based mobile login. Users are responsible for keeping their mobile number, OTP, device, and account access secure. ZapKredit will not ask users to share OTPs outside the platform login flow.

5. KYC and verification

ZapKredit may require PAN verification, email verification, Aadhaar/DigiLocker verification, live photo capture, live location capture, additional document submission, and admin review before enabling payment-related features. Verification does not guarantee approval. Access may be approved, rejected, kept pending, or sent for additional review.

6. Payment requests and payment links

Users may raise payment requests by submitting amount, purpose, and remarks. Payment links may be added manually or through third-party providers after review. Users must verify the payment amount, purpose, charges, recipient details, and link details before making any payment.

7. Transaction status and records

Transaction status shown on the platform may be updated based on admin review, payment confirmation, third-party provider updates, or internal reconciliation. Final payment confirmation may depend on payment gateway, banking partner, card network, or third-party systems.

8. Charges, fees, rewards, and limits

Charges, fees, service availability, limits, card eligibility, rewards, cashback, or payment acceptance may vary based on provider, card type, transaction type, business rules, and applicable regulations. ZapKredit does not guarantee card rewards, cashback, approval, settlement time, or successful payment completion.

9. Prohibited use

Users must not use ZapKredit for illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, misleading, high-risk, money-laundering, impersonation, prohibited, or restricted activities. ZapKredit may block, reject, hold, review, or report activity where required for fraud prevention, compliance, or legal purposes.

10. Holds, rejection, and account restrictions

ZapKredit may place a request, account, transaction, or payment activity on hold for verification, risk checks, fraud prevention, operational review, dispute review, or compliance reasons. ZapKredit may refuse service, disable access, or require additional information at its discretion.

11. Third-party dependency

Certain features may depend on third-party systems such as OTP providers, identity verification providers, DigiLocker, payment gateways, banks, card networks, hosting providers, and transaction systems. ZapKredit is not responsible for delays, downtime, rejection, technical failure, or incorrect response from third-party systems.

12. Updates to terms

ZapKredit may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time for operational, legal, compliance, security, or business reasons. Continued use of the platform after updates means the user accepts the revised terms.
