ZapKredit may use trusted third-party services for OTP login, PAN verification, DigiLocker/Aadhaar verification, payment links, hosting, analytics, database storage, fraud checks, communication, or transaction support. Data may be shared with such providers only as needed to operate the platform, complete verification, process requests, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

6. Fraud prevention and security monitoring

To protect users and the platform, ZapKredit may monitor login attempts, device/browser details, IP addresses, location data, KYC activity, payment request activity, and transaction patterns. Accounts may be restricted, paused, rejected, or sent for additional review if suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent, or high-risk activity is detected.

7. Data storage and protection

We take reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
